Apple reports that the 2X DVD-R/CD-RW SuperDrive "writes DVD-R at 2X, reads DVD at 4X, writes CD-R at 8X, writes CD-RW at 4X, and reads CD at 24X". Apple labeled, no compatibility issues. Front button factory disabled but we include software to open and close drive for those who don't have eject commands on there keyboards. Cleaned and tested used mechanism.
