The housing is Silver and features Firewire IEEE 1394 interface. AC adapter and internal FAN, horizontal and stackable desktop unit. Requires OS9.1 or above (OSX required for USB2.0). The Pioneer A18 supports 22x write speeds on both DVD-R/+R along with the option to write at 12x speed on DOUBLE LAYER media. These units are Firewire bootable on suitable systems. Supports iTunes (driver on Sink). Includes Roxio Toast Lite OEM (works with 9.1 up and OSX both Jaguar, Panther, Tiger & Leopard!).
